lol i like this, like a creature is easier to pull out of the aether because its hungry.

    • ymmij X

It helps pay the mana cost if you agree to feed it. Its a magic bird

  • KrakenHunter

    oh wow, this is neat.

  • Alex R. Hansen

    Delver in black, anyone?

    • Jay Kilian

Brought to you by your friend, fatal push.

  • Randall Ferguson

Jesus h Christ. Chase uncommon much?

  • Robby

What is it with this set and millions of above-curve creatures on conditions?

    • ymmij X

The whole plane is dying literally only the strong or clever are left alive

      • Robby

That’s… not a bad explanation. Huh.

  • Jake Miller

    whaaaaat

  • Teddy Gillespie

    This seems very playable

  • Shagoth

Who needs a curve anyways? We don’t, brought to you by creature power creep.
I want to make a deck with 35 rediculously aggressive creatures that all die to lightning bolt.

    • ymmij X

Ok i’ll go make a shock and draw deck. Lets play

      • Robby

I got that pun immediately, but now I’m questioning whether or not it was intentional.

        • ymmij X

          Unfortunately it was intentional

        • Shagoth

I’m dumb, so I don’t get the pun.

          • Robby

            “Shock and (Dr)Awe”

  • Tristan Horn

Combos well with plague belcher. Kill off the little cat zombie token from that white card with the 1 mana embalm when you cast belcher, play this for one mana or maybe fatal push something. Make Bontu useful while youre at it. Keep reusing trial of ambition playing the white cartouche to give you more weenies to sac. Ok, I’m playin B/W lol

  • Nick Art

Oh my god, that is pretty friggin good.

  • DrunkenMonkey

how have the words “wild cantor” not yet appeared in these comments…?

  • space-coyote

If only Blood Pet were legal. First turn shenanigans.

  • kk

    insane card in emerge decks….

Play this on turn 1 or 2… and turn 3 you can emerge..

  • Kameenook

Looks better than it probably is, but still seems pretty good. The most apparent synergy would be to play kill.spells.dec and get rewarded with a one mana 3/2 flier, however if your opponent isnt playing many if any creatures you’re left with a ridiculously overcosted flier. Seems best in some sort of deck that can turn it on by sacrificing their own creatures for something, because then you’re not left with waiting on the opponent to play a creature to be able to realistically play the flying beats, and can do it on your own time.
