Can be used as a finisher in a win-more situation, rather than something like Overrun or Overwhelming Stampede.

This seems more like the card you would use to set up the win, rather than what actually wins you the game.

In situations where both players have multiple creatures, and neither can attack favorably, this could break that stalemate.

unless widespread green tokens come back this will be missing allot of power
we’ve seen many elves so far so just maybe we get the powerhouses we need

Though not as good as Predatory Rampage, still a great control card to run in addition to it for a mono-green EDH deck. I’m definitely going to be running this in my Nylea and Surrak decks.

    • Happy The Cat

it is not rare so this could be better

  • Happy The Cat

little known fact the joragans refer to mages who cast this as the turnimallsidewaysians

Interesting that they reprinted Predatory Rampage but at uncommon for one more mana. Normally I don’t like strictly worse reprints but going from rare to uncommon is way worth it because of limited. Getting a rare like Rampage in limited where you usually only get access to three rares can be a real bummer unless you are running a specific deck so now that it’s an uncommon, it doesn’t “waste” the rare slot and, although I don’t know if this is a positive yet, it will be seen in way more drafts so it gives that deck a more reliable finisher
