Somewhat hard to flip, but that is a lot of colored mana.

    • Communist_Bear

*explore intensifies* “So what’s the next card ?!”

    • Darkray Accel

Cuz loot 5 times is sooo hard….I admit that it might take 5 turns for the slow decks but any time walk, blind and untap deck is gonna abuse this too much imo…

      • It’s not just “loot five times” though. Five different mana costs is not as easy as it looks. (Though probably easier in EDH.)

      • galen150

you need 5 cards of different CMCs to be exiled. that makes this very hard to flip. my deck only has 6 different CMCs in it, and one of them there is only 1 of that CMC and another there are only 2 cards of that CMC.

  • Pocketfulofgeek

*Spits out tea* What the damn hell!? This is bonkers.

    • Jakub S.

Mee too and I wasn’t even drinking any!

  • Nebulium

My favorite part about this card is that I know someone, somewhere is going to use this to cast debt to the deathless. I know I’m going to try.

  • Darkray Accel

What is this commander stapple I see….Jesus, the untap and blink decks are gonna go stupid now…

    • eltratzo

      blinks wont help

      • Darkray Accel

I was speaking of the artifact.

        • eltratzo

yes. and blinks make it a new entity therefore resetting the progress towards flipping.

  • galen150

    so……… torment of hailfire anyone?

  • Hedronal

The one technical thing I want people to remember: “any one color”

  • TezzeretofCarmot21

Sweeeeeeeeet Jeeeeeeeeeeeesus, if you flip this… Beacon of Immortality, tap Gateway, Sphinx’s Revelation for some absurd amount…

    • kukuc96

      Or fireball their face off.

      • TezzeretofCarmot21

        *points finger* Got me there.

  • Jared Strickland

This is going straight into my mono-blue artifact Commander!

  • Jared Strickland

Then combo with twiddle and deserted temple

  • Zombie

    Not really though.

This takes so much effort to actually come online that you should have already won the game if you’re in the position of being able to flip this without fear of immediate repercussions.

    Awesome card/effect, hilariously impractical.

Which means some random control deck is gonna abuse it, and murder someone with Torment of Hailfire. Mark my words.
