         Scion’s doesn’t really do ETB triggers if you read his effect.  So yes, that is correct in context.

    I love how, in the Ravnica sets, they keep trying to simultaneously release a bunch of dragons that look nothing at all like Niv AND say that Niv Mizzet was the last of the dragons and all current Ravnican dragons are cloned offspring.

      Planeswalkers could have reintroduced the species to the plane.

        no because planeswalkers cant bring other living things with them through the blind eternities but the dragons were probably in hiding and are making a return.

    Turn 1: Blood Crypt, dark ritual, buried alive, anger, Bladewing the Risen, Utvara Hellkite.
    Turn 2: swamp, exhume, reanimate Bladewing the Risen and Utvara Hellkite attack, 10 damage, 6/6 dragon token blocker.
    Turn 3: land, perish, attack 16 damage + 6/6 dragon token blocker, win.

      You forgot to take into account Utvara gives 1 6/6 creature for EACH attacking dragon.

    Wouldn’t call this a lesser dragon, wouldn’t say planeswalkers brought them (because that’s stupid), and I wouldn’t say niv is behind these guys.
