      Sure, but is this really something you’d want to play in limited? Maybe if it had unleash. But by turn 6 chances are that the discard a card at random effect is mostly irrelevant, or at least, very easy to play around. And this thing can be chumped by anything but your own unleashed rakdos critters. Looks like a pretty awful limited card to me. but I might be undervaluing regeneration here, we’ll see how the set plays out.
