      Not strictly better than Power Sink.  With Power Sink, they HAVE to tap X, or all their lands become tapped.  Very different cards, Power Sink is better.

    only good in early game. in mid/late game dissipate and rewind take the lead.

    With all those ” X can’t be countered” it’s hard to see how this card will be useful in limited ._.

       It’s probably relevant that all the “X can’t be countered” spells are Rare, so Limited won’t see them every game.

    Its no mana leak for sure, and this format looks like a crazy amount of non counterable spells, but its def a nice combo with snapcaster. running three for sure and wish it was aroung during wolf run, Tapping out for turn 3 titan? lololololol

    This card is meant to be a counter that can be put in multi colored decks since it only needs one blue mana.

    Amusing card, and I’d love to counter my opponent’s best creature or better. And what I say as my opponent’s spell is countered: “Good luck getting that card back..” Again, amusing for me :)
